OUR STORY
The idea of the business began in 2022, with its owners Diana Moreno and Brenda Sánchez who are mother and daughter, of Colombian nationality and based in Indianapolis, IN. Our venture was developed taking into account the Colombian gastronomy, for this we created different dishes based on the transformation of the Green Plantain to prepare Patacones with different stuffed and the corn to prepare arepas, empanadas, sandwiches and Mazorcada; Each ingredient and stuffed of our products were carefully selected and as a result we obtained exquisite dishes which highlight the flavors of our land.
